This agreement (“Agreement”) is made between Lender Locate LLC (NMLS #2719501) (“us” or “we”) and you (“you” or “User”) (collectively the “parties”), and sets forth the terms of use applicable to your access to and use of the www.lenderlocate.com website (“Site”) and our lending services.

By accessing, browsing, or using this Site and our services, including subscribing to our membership services for $9.95 per month, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by this Agreement and our Privacy Policy.

Subscription and Fees

Subscription Fee: By subscribing to our membership services, you agree to pay a non-refundable subscription fee of $9.95 per month. This fee grants you access to our loan application tools and related services.

Billing Cycle: Your subscription fee will be automatically billed monthly on the same date each month to the payment method you provided.

Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time, but you will not receive a refund for any partial month. Your access to our services will continue until the end of your billing period.

Changes to Fees: We reserve the right to modify the subscription fee with prior notice. Any fee adjustments will apply to the next billing cycle.

Use of Site and Services

This Site and services are intended for individuals 18 years of age or older. By using our services, you certify that:

1. You are at least 18 years old.
2. The information you submit is accurate and complete.

Contact Authorization: By submitting a loan application, you consent to be contacted via automated calls, text messages, and emails regarding your application status, even if you are on a Do Not Call list.

No Guarantees: Submission of a loan application does not guarantee approval. All loans are subject to credit review and underwriting.

Compliance: It is your responsibility to review and comply with all applicable lending laws.

SMS Communications

By providing your mobile phone number and opting in, you consent to receive recurring automated transactional SMS messages from Lender Locate regarding your loan application status, document requests, and appointment confirmations. ARBITRATION AGREEMENT AND CLASS ACTION WAIVER

By using our services, you waive your right to a lawsuit and agree that any dispute arising under this Agreement will be resolved through binding arbitration. You also agree not to participate in any class-action lawsuit against Lender Locate LLC.

Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

a. Use our Site/services for fraudulent or illegal purposes.

b. Misrepresent yourself or submit false information.

c. Interfere with the proper functioning of the Site.

Changes to Site, Terms and Policies

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Any changes will become effective immediately upon posting on our Site. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our Site/services at any time if you violate this Agreement.

We are not liable for any financial loss arising from your use of our services.
